Nothing is lost by choosing the wrong one. We aim to reply within one business day. This is a target for the first human reply, not a guaranteed response or resolution deadline. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Europe/Warsaw (CET/CEST), excluding Polish public holidays. Human email support is included on every plan. The Terms of Use describe support, including any separate written offer for Operator.

Supervision and disputes

Polish law governs the agreement. The Terms of Use name the competent courts of Warsaw for disputes, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and consumer protection rules.

There is no online dispute resolution platform link on this page, which is deliberate: the European Commission's platform closed in July 2025 and pointing at it would send somebody to a door that no longer opens.

Copyright

The software, the written material, and the design of this site belong to the provider. The measurements a customer collects belong to that customer, and the Terms of Use say so in the clause that survives the agreement ending.

Locations are worked out from a copy of the DB-IP Lite City database held on the server, so no lookup about a visitor leaves the machine. IP Geolocation by DB-IP, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license.
